Scope, quote, and projected return before any code. You'll know the scope, the quote, and the projected return before we write a line of code.
Every engagement runs the same four steps, each with a defined deliverable. You can stop after any of them and keep everything produced so far.
From first conversation to production.

Intro Call
FREE · 30 MIN · GOOGLE MEETWe meet for 30 minutes over Google Meet, and you tell us where the time goes: the reports someone rebuilds every Friday, the inbox that takes a person half a day, the system that doesn't talk to the other system.
We'll tell you on the spot what's worth automating, what isn't, and what we'd tackle first. If we don't think there's a return, we'll say so and part as friends. No travel on either side, no prep, no pitch deck, nothing to install.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH- An honest read on whether automation is worth it for you
- The two or three highest-value targets, ranked
- A fixed fee for the Roadmap if you want to go deeper
- 02
Automation Roadmap
FIXED FEE · 2-WEEK TURNAROUNDA short, fixed-fee engagement, quoted on the intro call. It usually opens on site: a day or two at your office watching how the work actually happens, interviewing the people who do it, and mapping your systems and constraints. Where a workflow lives entirely in software and a visit wouldn't tell us anything a screen share can't, we'll say so rather than bill you for the drive.
Two weeks later you have a written plan you can act on with us or without us, and if we build, the Roadmap fee is credited against the build.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH- A map of your workflows and where the hours leak
- The top automation targets with projected time and dollar returns
- An integration plan that fits your existing systems and compliance
- A price and timeline for the build: a fixed quote where the scope allows one
- 03
Build & Integrate
SCOPED & QUOTED · WEEKS, NOT QUARTERSYou approve the scope and the price before anything is built. Then senior engineers (the same people you met, no handoffs) do the work the plan calls for: AI tooling and automation wired into the systems you already run, customer-facing or back-office, and custom software where nothing off the shelf fits, whether that's an integration, an internal tool, or a full application.
You see working software weekly, not a slide deck monthly. We train your team on it before we call it shipped.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH- Production software running in your systems
- Documentation and training for your team
- A security and access review of everything we touched

Support & Maintain
SUPPORT RETAINER OR AS-NEEDEDWe support what we ship through a support retainer sized to your operation, or as-needed scheduling, whichever fits how you run. A retainer is a negotiated package, not an hourly meter.
And everything we build is yours: the code, the data, the documentation. If we ever part ways, you lose nothing.
WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH- A support retainer sized to your operation, or as-needed scheduling
- Full ownership of code, data, and documentation
- No lock-in: any competent engineer can pick up our work
How we keep a big decision small.
- Quoted work, and hourly when a flat rate doesn't make sense.
When the scope is clear, you get a fixed quote: you approve the scope and the number before we start, and changes are quoted, never absorbed into a runaway invoice. When it isn't (scope still being discovered, genuinely exploratory work, or an app nobody has triaged yet) we work hourly against a cap you approve, then move to a fixed quote once the ground is known. Support and advisory run as a retainer sized to your operation. What you never get is open-ended billing.
- You own everything.
Code, data, documentation, accounts: all in your name from day one.
- Stop at any step.
Each step ends with a deliverable that's useful on its own. There's no long contract to dissolve.
- US-based team, always.
No offshore handoffs, no subcontractors you've never met. Your data never leaves the country.
- We build to your compliance requirements.
We've implemented PCI-DSS, built KYC/AML programs, and shipped inside a Fortune 500 healthcare company. NDAs welcome.
- No ROI theater.
If the numbers don't work, we tell you before you spend money. That's the point of starting with a free call.
Questions about how engagements work.
How much does an engagement cost?
There's no published price, because the jobs aren't the same size. After the free intro call you get a fixed fee for the Automation Roadmap, and the Roadmap ends with a fixed quote for the build, with the Roadmap fee credited against it if you proceed. You approve every number before work starts, and changes are quoted, never absorbed into an open-ended invoice.
How long does each step take?
The intro call is 30 minutes. The Automation Roadmap runs about two weeks. Builds ship in weeks, not quarters, with working software in front of you every week; a focused automation is faster than a full application. The Roadmap hands you a timeline for the build before you commit to it.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both, as the work calls for it. The intro call is over Google Meet, and much of the build happens remotely. The Roadmap usually opens on-site, a day or two watching how the work actually happens, and we come back in person whenever it earns its place. We're based in the South Bay of Los Angeles and cover greater LA and Orange County, and we work with clients outside the region remotely.
What if we stop after the Roadmap?
Then you keep everything: the written plan, the workflow map, the ranked target list, and the build quote, all yours to act on with us or with anyone else. The Roadmap is built to stand on its own. There's no long contract to unwind and no lock-in; you can stop after any step and lose nothing.
Do you work hourly?
Yes, when a flat rate doesn't fit the work. Fixed quotes are the default once the scope is clear, but discovery-stage and genuinely exploratory work runs hourly against a cap you approve, then converts to a fixed quote once the ground is known. That's a normal mode for early scoping, not a fallback, and either way you never get open-ended billing.
Talk to an expert.
Thirty minutes over Google Meet, no travel, no prep. Tell us where the time goes and we'll tell you what's worth automating, and what isn't.

Book straight onto Chris's calendar. No sales rep and nothing to prepare: you talk with the engineer who would actually scope the work.
- Where your team's hours actually go.
- What's worth automating, and what isn't.
